How long does a campaign last?

Well – to start with re are running the Deals for a week. With enough merchants on board – our plan is to make them Deal of the Day within a relatively short period of time following launch – (once the brand has had more exposure). If you offer 100 Frenzies – as soon as those 100 Frenzies are bought – then the deal is on. If in a week we don’t get to the 100 you have set to make it work – then the deal is off. We actually set a minimum and maximum in the T&Cs – so for example – whilst we publish that 100 sales are required, if you decide your minimum is 85 – then should we only get to 86 sold – the Deal will still go ahead. You can also set a maximum of the Frenzies you are able / willing to sell too. So if we get to 500 – you may have decided that you only have 400 to sell – and so a SOLD OUT banner would appear.

Is there a minimum number of Frenzies I have to offer?

No minimum – the minimum and maximum Frenzies you sell is over to you. We appreciate that the deal has to be commercially viable for you – however, to be really viral and gather momentum, it has to be a really spectacular deal – a minimum of a 50% genuine discount. The ethos of Frenzie is that the deal is so good it’s a no brainer for users to want one and to share.

Is there a minimum discount we have to offer?

Yes – at least 50% genuine discount.

What happens if I sell more Frenzies than I have stock to sell?

In your contract we agree a minimum amount of Frenzies and a maximum amount of Frenzies you are prepared to sell. Once we reach the maximum – then a SOLD OUT banner will appear and no more Frenzies will be able to be purchased for your product.

Do I have to sign a contract?

We have an Affiliate Contract in place for all our Partners.

Who will put the marketing resources for my Frenzie campaign together?

The team at Frenzie will work with you to create all marketing resources for your product, service or experience. We’ll do our very best to create a successful Frenzie experience for you. From the offer content on the Frenzie site, through to sharing on social media platforms – we’ll take care of everything.

How and when do I get paid for the Frenzies sold?

Within 7 days following the end of the deal, the team at Frenzie will notify you of the units sold and revenues generated. We’ll also confirm the amount of commission due to Frenzie. We’ll then arrange payment to you – minus the commission due to Frenzie, via BACS or cheque within 14 days following the issue of the notification of commission.

What happens if I don’t sell enough Frenzies?

We hope this is a really rare occasion – but if the deal doesn’t go ahead because not enough people want the Frenzie – then you are charged absolutely nothing. We can always tweak the offer and campaign and try marketing your Frenzie again at another time. But if the deal doesn’t go ahead you don’t pay us a penny. We only take commission – if the deal is on!

What level of commission do Frenzie charge retailers?

We’re very aware that competitor ‘group buying’ sites charge as much as 50% commission rates. At Frenzie our focus is on a ‘win – win’ scenario. We want you to win, the buyers to win and for Frenzie to win. Therefore, we will negotiate our commissions with each Partner. However, you can rest assured that it will never be more than 25%!
